Stadium Rumble is the Rumble widgets product of Stadium. Donation checkout and other Stadium products are provided separately through https://stadiumstream.co and related Stadium sites.

Who this policy applies to

We process personal information about creators who sign in with Google and use Stadium Rumble to configure widgets, overlays, themes, Stadium+, and Enhance tokens.

Information we collect

Information you provide

• Creator account data — when you sign in with Google, we receive information from your Google account such as your email address, name, profile details, and Google account identifiers. We request basic profile scopes only on this site.
• Channel and overlay settings — Rumble channel details you connect, widget configuration, theme choices, and related stream settings.

Payment information

Stadium+ subscriptions and Enhance token purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We receive and store payment-related metadata such as customer and subscription IDs, amounts, currencies, payment status, and token wallet balances needed to operate billing.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data — pages viewed, feature usage, and approximate technical information such as browser type.
• Error monitoring — we use Sentry to diagnose crashes and service issues.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve Stadium Rumble
• Authenticate creators and maintain your session across Stadium products where configured
• Serve widgets, overlays, themes, and downloadable assets
• Process Stadium+ subscriptions and Enhance token purchases
• Share token balances with Stadium Thumbs so Enhance can run on your account
• Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and fix bugs
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account or request deletion, we delete or anonymise information where reasonably practicable, subject to legal and operational requirements such as billing records.
