Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stadium Rumble ("Stadium Rumble", "we", "us", or "our") at https://rumble.stadiumstream.co (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.

Stadium Rumble is part of Stadium. Donation checkout, payouts, and other Stadium products are provided separately and may be subject to additional terms on those sites, including https://stadiumstream.co.

What Stadium Rumble provides

Stadium Rumble lets creators use Rumble-exclusive browser source widgets, alerts, chat overlays, stats, goal bars, themes, and downloadable stream assets. Some widgets and packs are free. Others require a Stadium+ subscription.

The Service also sells Enhance tokens and includes a monthly token allotment with Stadium+. Those tokens can be used in Stadium Thumbs to generate AI-enhanced thumbnails.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live and have authority to accept these Terms. Creators must sign in with a valid Google account.

Creator accounts

Creators sign in using Google OAuth with basic profile scopes on this site. By using the Service, you authorise us to maintain your account, store widget and overlay settings, and process Stadium+ and token purchases on your behalf.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Google account
• Keeping overlay URLs and browser sources under your control
• Complying with Rumble, Stripe, and other applicable third-party terms
• Using widgets, themes, and assets only for your own streams unless we say otherwise

Stadium+ and Enhance tokens

Stadium+ is an optional monthly subscription billed through Stripe. The current price is shown on the Stadium+ page at checkout. You can cancel through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise required by law.

Enhance tokens can be purchased on their own or granted each billing period with Stadium+. Purchased tokens stay until you use them. Unused monthly allotment tokens expire at the end of each billing period. Token packs, prices, and Enhance costs are shown at checkout and may change going forward.

Stadium+ and token purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Chargebacks, disputes, or reversed payments may result in revoked access or account restrictions.

Widgets, overlays, and assets

Browser source URLs, overlay themes, and downloadable assets are licensed for your own livestream and content creation. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense Stadium widgets, themes, or packs except as we expressly permit.

Overlay behaviour depends on your Rumble channel, OBS or similar software, and network conditions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted overlay delivery or that a widget will suit every stream setup.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs
• Interfere with security, authentication, or rate limits
• Share overlay URLs in a way that lets others impersonate you or abuse the Service
• Upload or transmit malware or unlawful content
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation with Stadium or any creator
• Use the Service to violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
• Circumvent payment, Stadium+, or access controls

We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access where appropriate.

Intellectual property

Stadium Rumble and its software, branding, design, widgets, themes, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service according to these Terms. You retain ownership of content you provide, but grant us the rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit it through the Service.

Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google, Stripe, Rumble, hosting providers, and AI image generation used by Stadium Thumbs. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that the Service will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stadium Rumble and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising from or related to the Service or these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or (b) GBP £100, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stadium Rumble and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights or applicable law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or others, or where required for operational, legal, or security reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.
